Agriculture futures trade lower on CBOT

[September 03, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures traded lower Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

CivicWheat for December delivery fell 34.5 cents to $7.6675 a bushel; December corn fell 15.75 cents to $5.6925 a bushel; December oats dropped 2.25 cents to $3.60 a bushel; November soybeans lost 25.5 cents to $12.985 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle fell 0.3 cent to $1.0375 cents a pound; October cattle added 0.77 cent to $1.1172 a pound; October lean hogs added 1.13 cents to 69.55 cents a pound; February pork bellies fell 0.2 cent to 92.75 cents a pound.
