Agriculture futures trade mostly lower on CBOT

[September 04, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures traded mostly lower Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for September delivery rose 8 cents to $7.7475 a bushel; December corn fell 7 cents to $5.6225 a bushel; December oats fell 8 cents to $3.52 a bushel; November soybeans lost 47 cents to $12.515 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle fell 0.6 cent to $1.0315 a pound; October cattle fell 1.45 cents to $1.1027 a pound; October lean hogs lost 0.9 cent to 68.65 cents a pound; February pork bellies lost 2.45 cents to 90.3 cents a pound.
