Agriculture futures end trading mixed on CBOT

[September 05, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures traded mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

DonutsWheat for December delivery rose 2.25 cents to $7.77 a bushel; December corn rose 2.25 cents to $5.645 a bushel; December oats fell 9 cents to $3.43 a bushel; November soybeans shed 16.5 cents to $12.35 a bushel.

Beef futures traded higher and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle rose 0.15 cent to $1.033 a pound; October cattle added 0.1 cent to $1.1037 a pound; October lean hogs rose 0.37 cent to 69.02 cents a pound; February pork bellies fell 2.88 cents to 87.42 cents a pound.
