Sixth and State streets; Class A -- driving under the influence;
Class A -- reckless driving, leaving the scene of a personal injury
accident; Class A -- driving while license revoked
Payne, Aaron D, 18-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Sept. 4 at
1000 N. College St., parking lot; Class A -- illegal possession of
alcohol by a minor
