Lincoln Police Department report for Tuesday, Sept. 16
Vehicle damage on Sept. 15 at 12:07 a.m.; 825 Malerich Drive,
Lincoln
--Brian K Cupp, male, 29, of New Holland; 1999 Dodge Ram
Cupp struck a pole in the Wal-Mart parking lot. Cupp stated he
fell asleep. The pole was not damaged, but Cupp’s vehicle received
damage to the driver’s side quarter panel and front bumper.
