• Constant, Samuel, 24-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Sept. 27 on Third Street; Class A misdemeanor -- domestic battery; no-contact order with Ryann Johnson; still in custody as of 9 a.m. Monday

• Hobbs, Clifton H., 49-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Sept. 29 at his residence; Class A -- theft under $300

• McGinnis, Brian J., 34-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Sept. 28 on North McLean Street; failure to appear

• Wheelock, Merickia K., 21-year-old female, Lincoln; arrested Sept. 26 on Third Street; Mason County warrant -- theft, $800 bond; still in custody as of 9 a.m. Monday

Logan County Sheriff's Department reports for Monday, Sept. 29

• Eimer, Aaron M., 22-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Sept. 27 at Myers Industries; Class A -- driving under the influence of alcohol

• Morrow, Josh D., 25-year-old male, Atlanta; arrested Sept. 28 on the 2100 block of Woodlawn Road; Class A -- driving under the influence, $300, Class A -- driving under the influence over .08

• Wilson, Daniel W., 34-year-old male, Dewitt; arrested Sept. 26 at 201 E. Logan St. in Hartsburg; Logan County warrant -- failure to appear; $2,000, 10 percent to apply; McLean County warrant -- failure to appear; $1,000, 10 percent to apply

Illinois State Police reports for Monday, Sept. 29
