Agriculture futures trade mixed on the CBOT

[April 10, 2009]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures were mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery dropped 10 cents to $5.22 a bushel; May corn fell 6.75 cents to $3.9025 a bushel; May oats lost 1 cent to $1.96 a bushel; and May soybeans rose 1 cent to $10.07 a bushel.

Beef futures traded higher and pork futures were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle gained 0.83 cent to 84.6 cents a pound; May feeder cattle rose 1.55 cents to 98.92 cents a pound; June lean hogs advanced 0.92 cent to 74.27 cents a pound; and May pork bellies lost 1.05 cents to 87 cents a pound.
