  • Conrad, Nicole, 25-year-old female, Decatur; arrested April 18 on Route 121 at 1100th Street; Class A misdemeanor -- driving while license suspended; $1,000, 10 percent

  • Cross, Adam J., 18-year-old male, Emden; arrested April 17 at 204 Lincoln St. in Emden; Class A misdemeanor -- illegal possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor; $1,000, 10 percent

  • Danley, Jason M., 27-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested April 18 at 101 N. Clinton in Middletown; Class C -- disorderly conduct, Class A -- possession of drug paraphernalia, Class C -- possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams
