The Lincoln
FFA Farm Animal Awareness Day was observed on Friday with a petting
zoo at the Logan County Fairgrounds for local kindergarteners
through second-graders. Over 500
students visited the event and had a beautiful day to enjoy the
animals that are raised locally by Lincoln FFA members. Farm safety
was also covered, and a local rural fire department introduced the
students to fire truck equipment and personal protective clothing.
