Nitro Sprint Car $$$ Race this weekend in Broadwell

[August 07, 2009]  BROADWELL -- This weekend Big Bill's RC Raceway will once again host its Nitro Sprint Car $$$ Race. The racetrack at 108 W. Pine St. in Broadwell already has over 250 entries for this third annual event, which is free to watch and open to the public.

Races will kick off around 6 tonight (Friday) and around 3 p.m. Saturday. The event will also include DJ music entertainment provided by Music in Motion, concessions and 50-50 drawings.

Sign-ups are still open and there are cash payouts for every race. Other classes running are Electric Sprints, Nitro Trucks/EDMs and 1/8th Scale Late Models. As a special attraction this weekend, they will run Donnie Victor's Outlaw Nitro Series as well. Both Big Bill's and the Outlaw Nitro Series races will have cash payouts.

There are many sponsors for this event, including local Country Insurance agent Charlie Williams.
