Lincoln Police Department reports for Thursday, Aug. 13
Accident on Monday, Aug. 10, at 4:30 p.m.; Illinois Route 10-121 and
Keokuk Street at North Ottawa Street
--Ashley N. Roof, 19-year-old female, Lincoln; 2003 Dodge Stratus
SE
--Deborah J. Harris, 30-year-old female, Lincoln; 2004 Buick
Regal LS
Roof was southbound and attempted to make a left-hand turn from
Ottawa Street onto Keokuk. She failed to yield to Harris, who was
traveling east on Keokuk. Harris ran into the front passenger side
fender of Roof's vehicle, causing extensive front-end damage on both
vehicles.
Roof and Harris were both transported by Logan County Paramedics
to Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

of protection; no bond, no-contact order applies
