[August 17, 2009]  According to Recalls.org, a nonprofit organization, the following recalls were issued by various federal and state agencies during the week ending Aug. 15: 

Wii RECHARGE STATIONS 

Griffin International Cos., Inc. is recalling Psyclone Essentials and React Wii™ 4-Dock Battery Recharge Stations sold nationwide from January 2008 to July 2009. The battery pack can overheat, posing a burn or fire hazard. 

The Wii 4-Dock Recharge Station includes a white docking station with four recharge stations and a four rechargeable battery pack. Brand names are on the front of the packaging and the model numbers, Psyclone (PSE6501) and React (RT530), can be found on the bottom side of the product. 

Consumers should contact Griffin International at 888-344-4702 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT Monday-Friday to obtain information on how to return the product and receive a free replacement or visit www.psyclonegamer.com. More info at www.recalls.org.

GENERATORS 

Homelite Consumer Products Inc. is recalling Homelite, Husky and Black Max Brand Generators sold exclusively at Home Depot and  Sam's Club stores nationwide from July 2008 to May 2009. The fuel gauge can leak excessive amounts of gasoline, posing a fire hazard. 

Affected generators include Homelite models HG3500, HG3510, HG5700 and HG5700R, Husky models HU3650, HUCA5700 and HUCA7000 and Black Max models BM10700A, BM10700B, BM10711A, BM10700DG, BM10700R, BM10700BR & BM10722G. Generators included in this recall have manufacturing date codes between BML306-BMM151, CHL122-CHM151 and CRL153-CRM059. The model number and manufacturing date code are included on the data label located on the top or side of the generator engine.

EXERCISE UNITS 

Nautilus Inc. is recalling Nautilus F3 Chin Dip Stationary Exercise Units sold nationwide from May 2007 to February 2009. The footpads on the unit can break, posing a fall hazard. 

This recall involves Nautilus F3 Chin Dip stationary exercise units. The model number (F3CD) is located on the frame of the product.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled exercise units. Fitness centers and clubs have been sent free redesigned support plates for the footpads.

LITTLE TIKES TOYS 

Little Tikes is recalling Little Tikes™ Workshops Sets and Trucks sold nationwide from March 1994 to June 2009. The recalled workshop sets and trucks have oversized, plastic toy nails that can pose a choking hazard. 

The oversized, plastic toy nail is about 3¼ inches long by 1¼ inch in diameter and comes in red or blue colors. It has a large round head; about 1¼ inches below the head is a plastic ridge, slightly smaller than the nail head and about 1 inch in diameter. They were sold with a variety of Little Tikes Children's products. The names, model numbers and UPC code can be found at www.recalls.org
