[August 21, 2009]  DeQUEEN, Ark. (AP) -- Police said a man arrested on an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop was accused of leaving marijuana in the police officer's patrol car.

A police report said Sgt. Chad Bradshaw arrested a 31-year-old man after stopping him Monday for having no tags.

The man was taken to jail by another officer and Bradshaw later returned to the police department where he found in the back seat a clear plastic bag containing what's believed to be marijuana.

The man now faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance and remains in jail pending an appearance in Sevier County Circuit Court.
