• Richmond, Walter L., 29-year-old male, Chicago; arrested Dec. 14 at Centennial Courts; Class 2 felony -- aggravated unlawful use of a weapon by a felon, Class 4 felony -- aggravated unlawful use of a weapon

• Skelton, Amanda K., 21-year-old female, Mason City; arrested Dec. 12 at 911 Pekin St.; Class A -- retail theft

• Winebrinner, Thomas T., 27-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Dec. 12 at the Logan County Safety Complex; Champaign County warrant -- failure to appear; $1,000, 10 percent
