[December 30, 2009]  In 2009 the Lincoln & Logan County Development Partnership helped to attract retail business, as R.P. Lumber came to the former Kroger-CVS location and a new Goody's store opened. The partnership also launched a business incubator program, Center of Success, and a SCORE office opened in Lincoln to help small businesses and startups. In addition, the partnership received a $50,000 grant to create an economic development master plan for Logan County.

RestaurantThese are among the highlights in the development partnership's three-page annual report, which lists new programs, business recruitment and retention activities, community programs, and a five-year economic strategy.
