Lincoln Police Department reports for Monday, Feb. 2

Accident on Jan. 25 at 2:56 p.m.; intersection of North Union Street and Woodlawn Road

--Cynthia L. Koller, 48-year-old female, Atlanta; 2001 Dodge Durango

--Timothy K. Saco, 28-year-old male, Lincoln; 2007 Chevrolet Malibu

Koller was northbound on Union Street, approaching a red light at the intersection of Woodlawn Road and Union Street. Saco was eastbound on Woodlawn Road, approaching the same intersection. Saco said he had a green light to enter the intersection, and as he entered the intersection, Koller slid through the red light, causing him to strike her driver's-side door. Koller also said that she slid through the red light, causing Saco to strike her driver's-side door.

Saco's vehicle was towed from the scene. The occupants of his vehicle were treated by the Logan County Paramedic Association.

Accident on Jan. 26 at 8:32 a.m.; intersection of South Kickapoo Street, County Road 9 and Wyatt Avenue

--Mary B. Sager, 44-year-old female, Lincoln; 2001 Honda Accord

--Gwen E. Leonard, 53-year-old female, Lincoln; 2003 Chevrolet Express Extended 4

Sager said she was westbound on Wyatt Avenue, approaching South Kickapoo Street. She started to stop and her vehicle slid approximately 50 feet into the intersection, where she struck Leonard, who was southbound on South Kickapoo. Leonard reported the same. Leonard also said that a vehicle in front of Sager did the same thing and just missed striking her (Leonard) as well.

Sager was treated by the Logan County Paramedic Association

Accident on Jan. 26 at 3:11 p.m.; Peoria Street, 10 feet east of College Avenue

--Patrick G. Rehder, 19-year-old male, Lincoln; 2000 Ford F150 Series

--Nicholas A. Hill, 26-year-old male, Lincoln; 1998 Dodge Durango

Rehder was westbound on Peoria Avenue, approaching the intersection with College Avenue. Hill was southbound on College Avenue, approaching Peoria Avenue. The roadway surface was snow-packed. Rehder and Hill approached the intersection at approximately the same time and both tried to brake but were unable to stop before entering the intersection.

Rehder failed to yield the right of way to Hill, and the two collided in the intersection. Hill then proceeded south, coming to a stop after striking the curb and embankment. Rehder was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

• Kirksey, Devaughn J., 28-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Jan. 31 on State Street at 21st Street; Class A -- driving while license suspended

• Hane, Justin A., 19-year-old male, Emden; arrested Feb. 1 on Route 121 at 1750th Street; Class A -- driving while license suspended

• Hatfield, James G., 22-year-old male, Mason City; arrested Feb. 1 at the Mason County Jail; all failure to appear, Logan County -- driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams, illegal consumption of liquor by a minor, driving while license revoked; $12,000 bond or 10 percent

• Lolling, Kirsten K., 43-year-old female, New Holland; arrested Jan. 31 on 200th Avenue, one-half mile south of 700th Street; Class A -- driving under the influence of alcohol, Class A -- blood alcohol content over .08

• Closen, Frank J., 59-year-old male, Pekin; arrested Jan. 31 on Route 121 northbound at Lamplighter; driving while license suspended

Illinois State Police report for Monday, Feb. 2

• Callahan, Patrick J., 20-year-old male, Springfield; arrested Jan. 30 on Interstate 55 northbound, milepost 125; Class A -- driving under the influence, Class A -- possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor
