[February 05, 2009]  PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- It's not a good idea to have a lot of marijuana in a car if it's double-parked. Police in West Philadelphia stopped to question a woman who was double-parked without her car's hazard lights on early Wednesday morning.

HardwareAs the officers spoke with the woman, a male passenger fled from the vehicle on foot. He got away, and police said an officer suffered minor injuries chasing him.

Police continued to question the woman who, they said, appeared to be under the influence. She handed over an expired license and was taken into custody.

Police said a subsequent search of the car by a K-9 unit turned up nearly 60 pounds of marijuana.
