Bethany Vickers, owner of the Montessori Children's House, cuts the ribbon as chamber officials and friends and families of students look on. The house is located at  406 Keokuk St., across from the Lincoln College Museum. The open house and ribbon-cut on Thursday evening was to allow families to see firsthand the educational benefits to young students using the Montessori system.
