InsuranceA new, fun and exciting YMCA party night is drawing near! "High School Musical" Party Night will be on Feb. 20, 7-9 p.m., at the Y Activity Center, 719 Wyatt Ave. Games, pizza and prizes are sure to please everyone. This program is now available to children in second to fifth grade. Hope to see you there!

Mardi Gras Art Day in the art room at the YMCA Activity Center will be on Feb. 21, 9:30-11 a.m., for children in first to sixth grade. Lisa Madigan will teach children about the Mardi Gras celebration, and they'll experience a hands-on art project making Mardi Gras masks. Call or visit the Y office for more information about fees and registering your child.

Lincoln Area YMCA is one of several local agencies that receive funding from the United Way of Logan County. We thank you for contributing to the United Way of Logan County campaign.

YMCA Spring Soccer registration is under way. Don't miss this chance to join this exciting program. YMCA soccer is for participants pre-kindergarten through eighth grade and emphasizes learning soccer skills, meeting new friends and having FUN! Practice is once a week, with games on Saturdays at the Lincoln Developmental Center soccer fields. Register now to avoid any late fees.

Nursing Homes

Calling all third- to sixth-graders looking for some hard-hitting action! YMCA Dodgeball is back! Come play everyone's favorite gym game in a safe, supervised environment. Participants will meet Saturday afternoons in the Y Activity Center gym. New teams will be formed each of the six weeks of dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge. Sign up now at the YMCA office.
