[January 05, 2009]  DAYTON, Ohio (AP) -- The FBI is questioning three men in the fatal shooting of an Ohio woman whose 4-year-old son was left unharmed by the gunman at a highway rest area.

FBI Special Agent Harry Trombitas says the men were taken from a house near the Ohio State University campus in Columbus on Sunday evening. No charges have been filed.

Earlier on Sunday, a car police believe was the getaway vehicle was found in a Columbus parking lot.

Twenty-nine-year-old Jennifer Nelson was found dead at her Dayton home on Friday after a Maryland couple discovered the woman's son at an Interstate 70 rest stop in central Ohio. The travelers said the boy told them a strange man had shot his mother in their home.

Authorities in Dayton planned to discuss the case at a news conference later Monday morning.
