Crews was stopped at the ATM in the parking lot of the CEFCU. A
car pulled up behind him, so he pulled forward, then began turning
south in the parking lot to exit the parking lot on the west side.
As he was making the turn, he struck the concrete base of a light
pole, damaging the driver's-side front fender and headlight. There
was no damage to the base or pole.

Vehicle damage on Jan. 9 at 12:42 a.m.; Burwell Drive, 100 feet
east of North Kankakee
--Suvada Lindsey, male, 71, of Starkville, Miss.; 2008 Honda
Accord
Lindsey was northbound on North Logan Street when he approached
the street commonly called Burwell Drive, which makes a
T-intersection. He drove through the T-intersection, striking the
curb and causing damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle.

Vehicle damage on Jan. 10 at 6:53 a.m.; Route 10, 200 feet east
of Commercial Drive
--Ortiz N. Morales, male, 22, of Lincoln; 2001 Ford Explorer
Morales turned off Keokuk Street, heading north on Route 10 East.
As he began to accelerate, the Explorer spun on the ice and he lost
control of the vehicle. He then drove into a 4-foot-deep ditch and
hit a road sign. The road sign was not damaged, and Morales' vehicle
suffered minor damage.
