[January 13, 2009] 

Vehicle damage on Jan. 12 at 4:23 p.m.; 628 S. Kickapoo St., 13 feet south of Williamette Avenue

--Timothy J. Turley, male, 20, of Lincoln; 1998 Dodge Dakota

Turley was parked in front of 628 S. Kickapoo St., facing southbound on the east side of the street. Turley was the last known driver of the vehicle, and he parked at that address about 11 p.m. on Sunday. He came outside to get into the vehicle at about 4:20 p.m. on Monday and noticed damage on the passenger-side door and at the front of the truck bed on the passenger side. There was no paint transfer or accident debris beside the truck. Turley said he did not see or hear anything happen to the pickup truck while he was in the residence overnight and during the day.

  • Young, Kenene L., 57-year-old female, Atlanta; arrested Jan. 12 on Lincoln Parkway at Fifth Street; Class A -- driving while license suspended
