[January 17, 2009]  WEST BEND, Wis. (AP) -- A southeastern Wisconsin Wal-Mart has reopened after it was evacuated due to a suspicious odor, a day after nearly 50 people were sickened at another Wal-Mart in Washington County.

HardwareFirefighters tested the air at the West Bend store and found no danger Friday after the nearly three-hour closing. Wal-Mart spokesman Dan Fogleman says the source of the odor is still under investigation, but could be related to sewer gas.

Police in nearby Germantown say they'll review surveillance video for clues as to who released a chemical at a Wal-Mart there on Thursday. At least 47 people were treated at hospitals for respiratory and other health problems.

Authorities have not said what chemical was released.
