[January 20, 2009]  LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. (AP) -- Gwinnett County deputies found more than $1 million in cash in a car they had stopped for a traffic violation. Sheriff's spokeswoman Stacey Bourbonnais said the man was stopped Friday after deputies noticed he was swerving in and out of lanes.

RestaurantWhile speaking to him, the man allegedly pushed a deputy and fled on foot. He was captured and charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

The deputies then searched the vehicle and found the money, which was seized, in a duffel bag.
