Agriculture futures trade mixed on the CBOT

[July 11, 2009]    CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures were mixed Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

HardwareWheat for September delivery fell 3.5 cents to $5.1875 a bushel, while September corn lost 1.25 cents to $3.2825 a bushel and August soybeans fell 2.75 cents to $10.4475 a bushel. Oats for September delivery inched up 0.5 cent to $2.12 a bushel.

Meanwhile, beef futures were mostly lower and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle were unchanged at 83.47 cents a pound; August feeder cattle slipped 0.03 cent to $1.0292 a pound; August lean hogs fell 0.1 cent to 63.6 cents a pound; and August pork bellies gained 2 cents to 62 cents a pound.
