County seal coat operations to begin

Send a link to a friend

[June 06, 2009]  The Logan County Highway Department has begun seal coat operations for 2009. Seal coat, commonly referred to as oil and chip, is used as preventive maintenance on most of the roads in the county.

DonutsApproximately 22 miles of county highways will be seal coated this year. Seal coating will also be done for the township road districts and several municipalities.

The public's cooperation is always appreciated during construction season. Please obey all construction signs and avoid driving through fresh oil.

Thank you in advance for your patience as we maintain our local roads.
