Lincoln Police Department reports for Monday, June 8

Accident on June 3 at 8:04 p.m.; South Ladue Street at Pulaski Street

--Michael W. Alley, male, 29, of Lincoln; 1991 Chevrolet Small Conventional C

--Heather A. Alley, female, 27, of Lincoln

--Matthew J. Viner, male, 25, of Lincoln; 1988 Ford Ranger

Michael Alley was traveling northbound on South Ladue Street and came to a stop at the stop sign at Ladue and Pulaski. He proceeded into the intersection, continuing northbound and stopped in the intersection. The initial driver, Heather Alley, had exited the vehicle and started walking westbound on Pulaski Street. The passenger, Michael Alley, jumped into the driver’s seat and started driving the truck northbound on Ladue. Heather Alley went back to the vehicle and was struck by the bed of the truck and run over by the boat and trailer the truck was towing. As Michael Alley went north on Ladue Street, the boat and trailer became unhitched from the rear. The boat trailer ended up in front of Viner’s vehicle. The boat struck Viner’s vehicle on the front headlight and front driver’s-side quarter panel, causing moderate damage to the vehicle.

Heather Alley was taken by Logan County Paramedics to Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

• Johnston, Nathanial S., 18-year-old male, Chestnut; arrested June 5 at the T intersection of Jefferson and Marion streets; Class A misdemeanor -- possession of drug paraphernalia, Class C misdemeanor -- possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams
