[June 13, 2009]  The Lincoln Hampton Inn is celebrating its one-year anniversary Saturday. The 64-room Hampton Inn is located just minutes from historic Route 66 and takes pride in being a "friend in town" for their guests by offering information on area attractions, historical facts, and fun things to see and do around the Lincoln area. The Hampton has established lasting relationships with local companies and looks forward to the future of the growing town.

"The Hampton combines quality, service, comfort and plenty of value-added extras, making it the brand of choice in the marketplace today," said Julie Burr, general manager for the Lincoln Hampton Inn. "Providing high-quality accommodations and amenities, combined with the friendly service of our team members, all backed by the 100 percent Hampton satisfaction guarantee, is why we will be highly competitive in our local market."

The Lincoln Hampton Inn provides 64 luxurious rooms; a 24-hour business center complete with printer, fax and copier; a state-of-the art fitness center; "on the house" hot breakfast each morning; Cloud Nine bedding; heated indoor pool and whirlpool; and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet throughout the hotel.

New to the hotel this year is the "Family Night In" package. The Hampton Inn has teamed up with the Lincoln Pizza Hut to offer a great way for families to have a fun evening together, enjoying pizza and splashing the night away in the pool with the beach ball, compliments of the hotel. Hair Plus of Lincoln has also partnered with the Hampton Inn to offer the "Girls Day Out" package. Guests can be pampered by the Hair Plus staff and also enjoy a lunch brought in from Peggy's Place. For more details on these packages, visit www.lincoln.hamptoninn.com.

The property is owned and operated by Champaign Hotel Ventures, LLC, co-owned by Rick McGraw of Litchfield and Robert L. Plummer of Edwardsville.
