Also, Lincoln Logs will be placed in various locations. With a $5 donation, people can sign their name, company name or "in memory of" on a log. When these logs are picked up they will be on display at Action Rental, 101 S. Kickapoo St. in Lincoln. After June 27, the logs will go back into their boxes and will be taken to the St. Jude Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. When the children play with these logs, they will see the names of those who care and are helping to save their lives.

For more information on Lincoln Logs and St. Jude canisters, contact Dave Dunham at 217-737-5378.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is unlike any other treatment and research facility anywhere. The breakthroughs and discoveries made there change the way the world treats children with cancer and other illnesses. St. Jude accepts all patients, regardless of the ability to pay for treatment, making it America's third-largest health care charity. All proceeds of the Lincoln's Trail to St. Jude will go directly to this research hospital to benefit the numerous children who are treated there.

The rain date is July 25.
