Man sets off fireworks in bathroom in Del. Arby's

[June 19, 2009]  TALLEYVILLE, Del. (AP) -- The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office said a man damaged a toilet at an Arby's by setting off fireworks in the bathroom.

Fire marshals said the man walked into the restaurant Thursday about 9:30 a.m. Delaware State Police are also investigating and searching for the man.

Authorities said no one was injured, although five employees and two customers were in the restaurant. The man fled the restaurant right before the people inside heard a loud blast from the bathroom.

Employees found a damaged toilet in the bathroom after the man left in a brown pickup truck.
