[June 20, 2009]  LONGVIEW, Wash. (AP) -- The Cowlitz County sheriff's office said a driver went at least three miles on I-5 near Castle Rock in reverse.

Deputy Ryan Cruser said a 41-year-old Canadian was arrested about 8:30 p.m. Thursday after his car stopped in the middle of the northbound lanes. He laughed as deputies approached and refused to get out his rented car.

The Daily News of Longview reports deputies broke a window and used a Taser to subdue him. He was held for a mental evaluation.
