Accident on June 19 at 6 p.m.; 819 Woodlawn Road, North Madison

--Samuel D. Hannah, 58-year-old male, Lincoln; Mercury Milan
Hannah was in the parking lot of 819 Woodlawn Road, Lizzy’s
Place. He pulled out of his parking space and was southbound in the
parking lot toward the front of the restaurant to pick up his
passengers, who were waiting for him inside because of the rain. It
was raining very hard, he said, and while he was using his cell
phone, he was not paying attention and drove into a metal rail in
front of the restaurant, damaging the grill and hood of his car.
