In the first game, Lincoln played Hartem to a final score of 8-6.
Jordan Wood was the winning pitcher, with five strikeouts in three
innings. Wood also had a hit. Jessica Plummer scored twice. Ashley
Poole, Ashley Getchel Brianne Painter and Kallie Rogers each scored
once. Ashlyn Glick and Meg Meeker each scored once and had a hit.
Taylor Sparrow also helped with a hit.
In the second game, Lincoln lost to Monticello 9-0. Taylor
Sparrow was on the mound for Lincoln and had 10 strikeouts in her
efforts.
Ashlyn Glick and Heather Van Cleve had the only hits for the
Chill.
The third game Lincoln won 8-1 against Metamora. Taylor Sparrow
was the winning pitcher with 12 strikeouts and no hits against her.
Taylor also had a hit and an RBI. Brianne Painter had a hit and
scored twice. Ashley Poole had a hit and scored once. Meg Meeker,
Kaitlyn Hasprey and Ashley Getchel all had hits and scored once.
Ashlyn Glick had a double and an RBI.

The next game was against Chill Blue, and Chill White lost 16-1.
Taylor Sparrow had seven strikeouts in this game, she also had a
hit. Meg Meeker also had a hit and scored once.
"We probably played our worst game of the year against our other
Lincoln team," said coach Joseph Plummer. "We were just not on, and
they were. Next time might be different. It is always tough playing
against your good friends."
