Agriculture futures trade higher on the CBOT

[March 19, 2010]    CHICAGO (AP) --

Wheat for July delivery climbed 1.25 cents to $5.3425 a bushel, while July corn gained 1.75 cents to $3.8425 a bushel and July oats jumped 6.25 cents to $2.0925 a bushel. Soybeans for July delivery advanced 5 cents to $12.01 a bushel.

Meanwhile, beef futures traded mixed and pork futures were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle slipped 0.15 cent to 82.4 cents a pound; August feeder cattle inched up 0.02 cent to 98.97 cents a pound; July lean hogs lost 0.37 cent to 56.7 cents a pound; and July pork bellies fell 0.4 cent to 58.4 cents a pound.
