4-H mini camp program next week

[March 19, 2010]  Logan County 4-H will have a Mini Patriotic Camp on Thursday morning, July 2, from 8:45 to 11:30 a.m. at Kickapoo Creek Park in Lincoln. Youth 8-12 years of age are welcome to attend and join in the morning's patriotic-related activities. Advance registration is required.

Youth will participate in making a door hanger, patriotic hat, windsock, flag craft and participate in a patriotic mini-Olympics activity.

Participants should plan to arrive at the park sometime between 8:45 and 9 a.m.

Cost for the mini camp will be $7 per person. To obtain registration materials, 4-H'ers wishing to attend the Mini Patriotic Camp need to stop in at the Logan County Extension office, 980 N. Postville Drive in Lincoln. The deadline for registration is June 30.
