exceptional Christian organizations. The firm has surveyed over
80,000 employees across North America in the past eight years. The
engagement survey identifies issues such as job satisfaction,
organizational commitment, Christian witness, supervisory
effectiveness, teamwork, communications, and pay and benefits."We
