Lincoln Christian College receives distinguished honor

[March 07, 2009]  Lincoln Christian College and Seminary is among 124 organizations in North America recently recognized by the Best Christian Workplaces Institute.

BCWI, based in Washington state, is a human resource consulting firm that identifies exceptional Christian organizations. The firm has surveyed over 80,000 employees across North America in the past eight years. The engagement survey identifies issues such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, Christian witness, supervisory effectiveness, teamwork, communications, and pay and benefits.

"We are pleased to receive this honor," said Lincoln Christian College and Seminary President Keith Ray. "With nearly 150 employees, we pursue excellence in our faculty and staff and provide a workplace with a sense of community, as well as a great working environment."

Lincoln Christian College and Seminary will be celebrating its 65th anniversary throughout the coming year along with exciting news about its future in educational excellence.
