[March 11, 2009]  LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Octuplet mother Nadya Suleman says she's busy preparing to move to a new house and that four of the babies born premature are healthy enough to leave the hospital.

Suleman told television's Dr. Phil McGraw on his show Tuesday that she put money made from selling photos of her babies into escrow for the new home near Los Angeles.

Suleman's father is buying the 2,583-square-foot house, which listed for $564,900.

Prudential Realty listing agent Mike Patel says the deal on the home may close as soon as Tuesday.

Suleman also says some of the money will go into a trust for the care of her 14 children.
