'Homebuyer's University' Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

[March 16, 2009]  A "Homebuyer's University" is scheduled for Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at 303 Kickapoo Street. The event will provide an opportunity to learn about:

• How the $787 billion stimulus package can benefit you with a possible $8,000 tax credit.

• Local market conditions affecting you.

• Possible solutions for missed mortgage payments.

• Foreclosure notices.

• Short sale options.

• Loan modification qualifications.

The program will consist of:

• Welcome by Sonnie Alexander, managing broker of the Lincoln office of Coldwell Banker Devonshire Realty.

• "Homebuyer's University" presentation by Don Cave, success coach, Coldwell Banker Devonshire Realty, Springfield.

• Question-and-answer session.
