[March 17, 2009]  There may be power outages between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. today, especially for northern Logan County. Wind farm construction crews are moving large cranes, which will require disconnecting the major "feeder" electrical lines.

The weather siren test and the Emergency Alert System test scheduled for today have been canceled.

Plans now are to do the testing on March 24, a week from today.
