We just finished our spring season of YMCA Biddy Basketball.
The six weeks went by so fast, but the kids had fun and learned a
lot. We would like to thank all our participants and especially our
volunteer coaches for such a great season. We look forward to a
great season in the fall. Thanks for all your help and support.
What to do with the kids from June to August? Look no further than
YMCA Summer Day Camp! We have lots of fun and activities
planned, along with daily swimming and field trip fun. We offer Kid
Camp for kindergarten to third grade, preteen camp for fourth to
sixth grade and Counselor in Training Camp for seventh to ninth
grade. The day camp meets at the Y Activity Center, 719 Wyatt Ave.,
beginning on June 4, and runs from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Early
registration, April 8-May 6, will be at a discounted rate. Weekly
and daily camp fees increase starting May 7. Register now to avoid
any increases in fees.
The YMCA Spring/Summer Program Guide will be available
online and you can visit
www.lincolnymca.org to download your copy.
On March 24 and 25 the Lincoln Area YMCA is collaborating with
Logan County Farm Bureau and Logan County FFA as the host site for a
special event, "A Celebration of Agriculture."
