Hartsburg-Emden FFA has etiquette dinner

[March 27, 2009]  HARTSBURG -- The freshman Hartsburg-Emden FFA members participated in an etiquette training workshop put on by Alexis Asher of Hartsburg as part of their Intro to Ag class. Greenhands were served a formal dinner Sunday at Hartsburg Legion Hall to practice their new skills.

The keynote speaker was Bob Jeckel, an alumnus of Hartsburg-Emden FFA and a former state FFA officer.

Freshmen participating in the dinner were Kortney Watts, Ali Watts, Danielle Hill, Mary Rankin, Cody Bolen, Tommy Slayton, Will Clark, Dusty Paulus, Cody Anderson, Hayden Vest, Kayla Strauch, Dylan Swinford, Nathan Newby, Drew Wenninger, Josiah Klokkenga and Chase Griffith.
