[March 28, 2009]  OREM, Utah (AP) -- Police had an easy time catching a man suspected of driving under the influence.

He was waiting for them in his car - where they said he was passed out in the driver's seat in the drive-thru at a fast food restaurant.

According to police, another customer found the Houston man unconscious at the drive-thru around 3 a.m. Thursday. The other customer took the keys out of the ignition and called police, who arrested the man on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Police said the man passed out because of a combination of alcohol and prescription drugs.
