[March 31, 2009]  Christian Child Care, 721 Wyatt Ave, Lincoln, is planning a lasagna drive-in dinner Thursday, April 2, between 4:30-6:00 pm. Tickets will be sold in advance and can be purchased at the center or from parents of CCC students. The tickets cost $8.00 each and will come with a large serving of lasagna, green beans and garlic bread. All the catering is done by Nelson's Catering. Families can walk in or drive around the back of the day care building and have their dinner delivered to their car. The dinner pickup will run from 4:30 to 6:30! Christian Child Care is a recent winner of the 2009 Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Award. This fall the day care center is working toward the goal of becoming accredited with the National Association of Child Care Professionals. Fundraising money is going to purchase equipment that needs replacing to get ready for the coming reviews. Right now the center is making big plans for a summer of fun. If you have questions about our school-age summer program or want to purchase tickets for the lasagna dinner, contact Coleen Moore, director of Christian Child Care, at 732-5750.
