Agriculture futures end mixed in Chicago trading

[May 06, 2009]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Wheat for July delivery advanced 2.5 cents to $5.535 a bushel, while July corn slipped 0.25 cent to $4.0525 a bushel and July oats gained 3.25 cents to $2.0425 a bushel. July soybeans lost 2.5 cents to $11.01 a bushel.

Pork and beef futures were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June lean hogs edged up 1.03 cents to 64.80 cents a pound, while July pork bellies rose 1 cent to 79.80 cents a pound. June live cattle inched up 0.25 cent to 82.12 cents a pound, and August feeder cattle rose 0.1 cent to 98.77 cents a pound.
