As Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce ambassadors and well-wishers look on, co-owner Mindy Bekteshi cuts the ribbon officially reopening the Palms Grill Cafe.  Mindy along with his brother Nick will operate the business, which is in the front portion of the Downey Building in downtown Atlanta.
