Japanese teen Ishikawa to play PGA Championship

[May 12, 2009]  TOKYO (AP) -- Japanese golfer Ryo Ishikawa has received a special invitation to play in the PGA Championship

Ishikawa, a two-time winner on the Japanese tour, missed the cut in his Masters debut in April, for which he also received a special invitation.

This year's PGA championship will be held Aug. 13-16 at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minn.
