[May 21, 2009]  NEW YORK (AP) -- A business man accused of ordering an associate to take out his dentures at gunpoint conceded that he made the demand during an argument over money.

But the man denied it was a theft, saying he paid for the dentures in the first place and also said no gun was involved.

The man, arrested on Monday on a charge of first-degree robbery, is due back in in court July 1.

"We yelled and we argued. ... But in the end, those teeth belonged to me," the man said.
