Lincoln Police Department reports for Friday, May 22

Vehicle damage on May 13 at 10 a.m.; 603 Woodlawn Road, 153 feet west of North College Street

--Unknown vehicle

--Alfred B. Olson, 25-year-old male, Elkhart; 2008 Chevrolet C/K 1500 Crew Cab

Olson said that around 10 a.m. on May 13, his truck was parked in the Walgreens parking lot. At some point while his truck was left unoccupied, an unknown vehicle struck the side his vehicle. The damage appeared to have started at the taillight on the rear passenger side and continued toward the front of the truck along the rear quarter panel. The suspect vehicle has not been identified.

Accident on May 16 at 1:51 p.m.; Illinois 10-121, 50 feet west of Lincoln Parkway

--Michelle S. Thompson, female, 40, of Lincoln; 1989 Honda Civic CRX

--Dennis W. Knauer, male, 65, of Lincoln; 2008 General Motors C/K 1500 4x4

Knauer was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Woodlawn Road and Lincoln Parkway, facing eastbound. Thompson was traveling eastbound on Woodlawn Road, approaching the red light. Thompson drove into the rear driver's side of Knauer's vehicle.

Knauer said he didn't see Thompson coming and she just slammed into the rear of his truck.

Thompson was taken by Logan County Paramedics to Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. She said she fell asleep behind the wheel.

Thompson was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Accident on May 16 at 4:40 p.m.; 520 Keokuk St., 144 feet north of North Logan Street

--Danny Aper, male, 55, of Lincoln; 1985 General Motors two-door conversion

Aper said he was making a left-hand turn to exit the parking lot and struck a light pole with his vehicle. There were no witnesses.

Accident on May 18 at 3:41 p.m.; Lincoln Parkway, one-fourth mile north of Fifth Street

--Shannan M. Uteg, 40-year-old female, New Holland; 2002 Dodge Caravan

--Charles F. Hamilton, 79-year-old male, Lincoln; 1992 Dodge Cavalier

Hamilton was traveling north on Lincoln Parkway, approximately one-fourth mile north of Fifth Street, in the inside lane. Uteg was traveling north behind Hamilton's vehicle. Hamilton began to slow to turn left into a turnaround, and Uteg ran into the rear of Hamilton's vehicle. Uteg said she did not see Hamilton slowing until it was too late.

Hamilton was taken by Logan County Paramedics to Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

• Robards, Tomica R., 22-year-old female, Lincoln; arrested May 21 at her residence; Class A misdemeanor -- domestic battery; no bond

Illinois State Police report for Friday, May 22

• Fry, Eric W., 40-year-old male, Silvis; arrested May 21 on Interstate 55 northbound at milepost 114; Class A -- driving while license suspended; $1,000, 10 percent
