Aggravated arson arrest

[May 23, 2009]  On Saturday at 3:29 a.m., Lincoln police were dispatched to 317 Delavan St. regarding a breaking-and-entering complaint. When officers arrived, the suspect had already left. After obtaining a description of the intruder, officers quickly identified the suspect as Jason Polanco. Polanco was arrested at his residence at 1306 N. Kankakee.

Illinois State Police crime scene personnel were requested and responded to the scene. 

Polanco was charged with aggravated arson.
