 The students awarded these scholarships are
Andrew Brinkman of Lincoln, son of Robin Barton and Mark Brinkman; Carissa Skaggs
of Lincoln, daughter of Carlene Benson; Mary Jane Letterle of Mount
Pulaski, daughter of Lynda Letterle; and Erick Fricke
of Mount Pulaski, son of Bill Fricke.
Liftoff is a youth development and
scholarship program administered by the
Academic Development
Institute and made possible through the Woods Foundation.
Nominations to the Liftoff program are
made annually as a collaborative effort between a community
organization and the nominee's school.
These students have met the Liftoff requirements and will continue to be a part of the program as
they move forward in their academic career.
